Founder of Speaks Enterprises Inc., Mr Speaks is a husband, father, multihyphened professional, and philanthropist. The epitome of a Renaissance Man.

Originally from Booker T. Washington Projects, Jersey City, NJ, Mustafa is a professional working actor, writer, executive producer, and published author. Prior to beginning a career in the entertainment industry, he was a student athlete (Football) at Hampton University graduating with Honors with a B.S. in Marine & Environmental Science. As an undergrad, he became internationally published for his groundbreaking work with shark behavior, earning him an academic scholarship. Mustafa and his team of scientist successfully discovered a repellent for sharks. This research afforded him an opportunity to present his work at numerous international conferences as well as earning a full scholarship to graduate school. At the same time, Mustafa was experiencing similar groundbreaking success as an actor - securing an agent, which then led to starring in numerous commercials, television shows, and stage plays in the Hampton Roads region.

Upon graduating, Mustafa decided to pursue his entertainment career and make the leap to Los Angeles. As he built his acting career, to make ends meet, Mustafa became a personal trainer and eventually evolved in a fitness business owner, creating SS3D Fit Club, an exclusive gym located in North Hollywood serving celebrity entertainers. Soon after, he published his first book, THE MIND MUSCLE METHOD, a 30-Day Guide To Self-Empowerment.

Eventually, Mustafa built a solid track record as a working actor in Hollywood. He decided to solely focus on acquiring new skills to build his entertainment career. With over 10 years of industry experience, Mustafa has performed in over 80 stage/film/tv projects including national commercials and has worked with numerous award-winning actors and directors. He is best known for his role as MESSIAH in SEVEN SECONDS (NETFLIX) and NUTTI in DAVE (FX) .

Mustafa has since developed into a writer/executive producer creating Alchemist Prime Productions, a company with a vision to fearlessly create, acquire, and develop authentic, socially conscious stories that amplify the voices of the underheard/underrepresented to enlighten and inspire greater society. He is also co-owner of 10 DOWN STUDIOS, the largest black-owned production studio/event space in Downtown Los Angeles.

With his keen business sense, diverse background, and years of multifaceted experience, Mustafa selflessly shares the knowledge to help other exceed their goals.

"Where do I start. First off, I reached out to Speaks Private Consulting, Inc when I was at a pivotal moment in my jewelry business. After several small opportunities, and continuing to build my business through trial and error, I was finally offered a "golden ticket" a chance to showcase my jewelry in a major retail store. It's amazing how my hobby, culminated into a business over the past two years. Fast forward to a week and a half before my debut, anxiety plagued every hour and I was overwhelmed with fulfilling the last minute details. As soon as I saw my college friend post on social media regarding his programs, I took a leap and immediately reached out. After all, I knew I needed an outside perspective, without judgment and willing to work with my schedule. Thats exactly what I got. From the beginning, we got to work. It started with healthy conversations on what was plaguing me, my imbalanced sleep schedule, dissipating social life, and lack of exercise. After several phone conferences, and Mr. Speaks analysis, we were both able to develop an easy day to day schedule which included all of the things I wanted to reintroduce into my life. It didn't feel overwhelmed at all, and I felt like I was very involved and responsible for my results.
